ONION RINGS

Onions (sliced)

1 c. milk

1 c. plain flour

1/2 t. salt

2 T. oil

1 egg white (beaten)

2/3 c. water

Slice and separate onions.  Soak in milk for 30 minutes before cooking.  Mix flour, salt, oil, beaten egg white, and water.  Do not put beaten egg white in mixture until ready to use.  Dip rings in mixture.  Fry in hot oil until golden brown.  Delicious!
