CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
6 lg. Irish potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 pieces of fried bacon (or bacon bits)
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1 med. onion, chopped
Place in layers: potatoes, onion, two pieces of crumbled bacon pieces, mushroom soup (no water), and Cheese Whiz. Repeat this procedure. Bake approximately 30 minutes if covered or one hour uncovered. Cheese seems to brown too fast if uncovered.
