IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE

Potatoes

Butter

1 lb. cheese

1 can mushroom soup

1 chopped onion

1/2 c. chopped green pepper

1 can Rotel tomatoes

Slice and cook potatoes until tender.  Drain.  Mix with all other ingredients and pour into baking dish.  Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly and slightly brown.
