SPINACH CASSEROLE

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

1 small can chopped mushrooms

1 T. butter

1/4 c. sour cream

1/4 c. finely chopped onion

2 T. Parmesan cheese

3/4 t. salt

Cook spinach in small amount of slightly salted water until thawed.  Drain.  Sauté mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.  Add mushrooms, butter, sour cream, onion and 1 T. cheese to spinach.  Place in small buttered casserole dish.  Sprinkle with other cheese.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
