MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 (13 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni

2 c. cream style cottage cheese

1 (8 oz.) sour cream

1 egg slightly beaten

3/4 t. salt

1 dash black pepper

2 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Paprika

Cook macaroni until tender.  Drain.  Set aside.  Mix the other six ingredients with the macaroni.  Stir well.  Sprinkle paprika over dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
