SQUASH CASSEROLE

2 c. cooked squash

1 c. cheddar cheese

1 T. pimento, chopped

2 eggs well beaten

1 c. bread crumbs

1 med. size onion, chopped

1/4 c. melted butter

1 c. scalded milk

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients, adding hot milk last.  Pour into well-greased casserole dish.  Bake until brown on moderate heat.  Test to tell if done.
