SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING
1 (#2) can cream style white corn
2 eggs
1 T. sugar
2 T. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Beat eggs slightly. Add corn, sugar, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered baking dish. Set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serves 6.
