POTATO CASSEROLE

4 white potatoes, medium

2 c. grated cheese

1 medium onion

1 (8 oz.) sour cream

1 small can Pet milk

1 stick oleo

Boil potatoes in jackets.  Let thoroughly cool.  Peel and grate potatoes.  Melt oleo.  Add grated medium onion and cook until tender.  Combine all ingredients.  Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
