SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

1 lg. can sweet potatoes (drained)(May use fresh potatoes)

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. sugar

3/4 stick butter

1 c. canned evaporated milk

If using fresh potatoes, boil for 15-20 minutes.  Place cooked potatoes in a casserole dish.

Topping:

1 c. crushed corn flakes

1/2 c. light brown sugar

1/2 c. chopped nuts

3/4 stick butter

Mix first three ingredients and pour on top of sweet potatoes.  Cut up butter and sprinkle over potatoes.  Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
