STRAWBERRY SALAD
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. margarine melted
Mix together and put in long pan or casserole dish. Bake 6 minutes at 400 degrees. (You may substitute graham crackers.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip (8 oz.)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together. Pour over crust. Mix boiling water and Jello, and add slightly thawed strawberries. Pour over other mixture. Refrigerate until jelled.
