CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD

2 c. cranberries

3/4 c. sugar

3 c. miniature marshmallows

2 c. diced tart apples

1/2 c. seedless grapes

1/2 c. chopped pecans

1/4 t. salt

1 c. whipping cream

Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar.  Cover and chill overnight.  Add apples, grapes, pecans and salt.  Fold into whipped cream and chill.  Serves 8-10.
