SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE

3/4 c. chopped green onion

1/3 c. chopped green pepper

3 T. dried parsley

1 can mushroom soup

1 can chicken soup

1 lb. crab meat

1 lb. shrimp, peeled

Cheddar cheese, grated

Sauté onion, pepper, and parsley.  Add soups and simmer 10 minutes.  Add crab meat and shrimp.  Cook until shrimp turn pink (approximately 10 minutes.)  Pour into baking dish.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.  Bake 20 minutes (covered the first 10 minutes.)  Serve over rice.
