PIZZA SAUCE

1 qt. whole tomatoes and juice

1 6 oz. can tomato paste

1 lg. onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 small chopped green pepper

1 1/2 t. oregano

1/4 t. ground sweet basil leaves

1/4 t. pepper

Parsley flakes

Process tomatoes in blender.  Combine with rest of ingredients and simmer uncovered about 1 hour or until sauce is thick.  Enough for 3 (12") pizzas.  May freeze leftover amount.
