COCONUT PIES

(Makes 2)

6 eggs

3 c. sugar

2 stick oleo

1 c. buttermilk

2 T. flour

2 t. vanilla

2 c. coconut

Mix and pour into deep uncooked pie crust and bake for 1 hr. at 350.
