VANILLA ICE CREAM

4 eggs

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 can Eagle Brand Milk

3 pts. Sweet milk

1 T. vanilla

1 T. lemon juice

1 large evaporated milk

Beat sugar and eggs until sugar dissolves.  Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.  Freeze until hard.  For peach ice cream, freeze the above ingredients for a few minutes and then add 1 cup of sweetened mashed peaches.  Freeze until hard.
