CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE

2 sticks butter or margarine

1 c. water

4 T. cocoa

2 c. self-rising flour

2 c. sugar

2 eggs

8 oz. sour cream

1 t. vanilla

Bring butter, water and cocoa to boil.  Remove from heat.  Mix remaining ingredients.  Add to boiled mixture.  Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter or margarine

1 box powdered sugar

4 T. cocoa

1 t. vanilla

8 T. milk

1 cup nuts (optional)

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to rapid boil.  Remove from heat.  Add sugar and vanilla (stir in nuts).  Pour over cake while hot.
