OAT BRAN MUFFINS

2 1/4 c. oat bran

1/4 c. chopped nuts

2 t. baking powder

3/4 c. skim milk

2 T. oil

1/4 c. raisins

1/2 t. salt

1/3 c. honey

2 eggs, beaten

Heat oven to 425 degrees.  Coat muffin tins.  Combine bran, nuts, raisins, baking powder and salt.  Add remaining ingredients.  Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.  Fill cups almost full.  Bake 15-17 minutes.  Makes one dozen.
