PUMPKIN BREAD

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 c. pumpkin

1/2 c. oil

1/4 c. water

1 2/3 c. self-rising flour

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/4 t. ginger

1/4 t. nutmeg

Dash salt

Beat 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of sugar.  Add pumpkin, oil and water.  Blend well.  Add flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.  Bake in greased loaf pan for one hour at 350.  (Makes one loaf.)
