REFRIGERATOR RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran

3 c. sugar

5 c. flour

5 t. soda

2 t. salt

1 c. chopped nuts

4 eggs, beaten

1 c. oil

1 qt. buttermilk

2 t. vanilla

1 t. each: cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon

In a very large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.  Add eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.  Mix well.  Store in refrigerator in covered container.  This makes 3 qts.  (Great for gifts.)  Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Mix keeps six weeks in refrigerator.
