STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. oil
1/2 t. salt
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 c. strawberry sundae topping
Mix ingredients together. Grease two bread pans. Divide mixture to make two loaves. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool ten minutes. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly before slicing. Serve with butter or cream cheese. May be served with ice cream, whipped cream, or as strawberry shortcake. Strawberry topping may be substituted with blueberries or bananas.
