PIMENTO CHEESE

1 lg. box Velveeta Cheese, grated

6 lg. boiled eggs

3 (4oz.) jars of pimentos

1 jar Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix all ingredients together well.  Salt and pepper to taste.  The more Miracle Whip you use, the creamier the spread.
